You should not be concerned about your age as far as being involved in paganism as long as your parents are ok with it
if more people your age were involved the world would be a better place

Too Young ?? My Mother was Pagan (Witch) as was my Grandmother....
I started learning "the Old Ways" from Day One. I Taught my young sons "Our Ways" as soon as they were able to Understand. Too Young ! Is there an Age Limit on learning the Ways of your Ansestors ?? Is there an Age Limit on having a different Point of View ?
I think it is Most Excellent that you are thinking "Outside the Box". It is Never tooo young to Be Yourself. You must Always Question ..... never stop askng "Why
........ and "Why NOT " .

I agree with Linn, Its never too young to ask questions and search for answers..
13 isnt young at all! Hell, you most likely have been to a Health Education class and know the ins and outs of your body and that of the other sex. Just keep an open mind and express it with grace and people will think your years older than you are. haha

Relax. I am 13 myself. I was trained by my own father before I enter this world. Plus I feel much older and mature than my classmates through Paganism. It is better that you learn while you are young rather than old which would be a lot harder.

I was 13 too when I got into Wicca & witchcraft. I'm now turning 18 (on Wednesday! eee!) and I'm still going strong
The earlier you are, the more time you have to develop thoughts and opinions about it. That's the way I see it, anyway. Even though it's been almost 5 years I still haven't cast a spell.. but that's okay, because I'm still learning about it, and I'd like to be well immersed in Wicca before trying that out!
IMO, you should do a lot of research at your young age. People tend to think that teenagers, especially new ones like you, are fleeting and indecisive. You might be better off keeping it to yourself, until you're at an age when people can trust your decision, and also you can prove to them that you know your stuff
Also, I've read that many covens don't take members that are under 18 (if you are interested in joining one).

I was 12 when I started officially studying witchcraft and paganism, and even younger when I began tentatively researching it. You don't hear people saying their child is too young to go to Church etc, so why should paganism be the exception? You are never to young, old, stupid, or wise to learn.

I'm thirteen too, and I started practicing at twelve!!! Your never too young to be a witch, or wiccan, or pagan, or whatever!!! Of coarse, some things you have to adapt to, but aside from that...
