basic training
i'm just wondering how many of you have gone through basic training for the national guard. i will be going to fort knox for basic next summer as a cav. scout. i was wondering if any of you could share your experiences with me, though you do not have to be a cav scout.

here is an update for those that care, i am going to ship out for MEPS(military entrance & proccessing station) on monday and be in fort jackson, south carolina on the 27. i will be there for about 10 weeks then i will be going to fort sill, oklahoma until october.

thanks selene, encouragement is always welcome. i am ate the spokane meps right now and i am going to be flying to ft. jackson s carolina tomorrow and i won't be back online for mostlikly the next 4 months so wish me luck cus i will need it[bones]

I agree with Althaea, on top of that try having him relax and meditate before bed. If it helps have him keep a journal near by and record the instances as best as he can. But, definitely go through a...
