You're dead, now what?
So, we all have our own ideas of what to worship, who to worship, how to worship, why we worship, when to worship, etc.
What about the afterlife? What do you believe happens when we die? What is the basis of your belief?
Blessings of the dead,
Tommy

Does it matter?
We'll all find out soon enough so why not spend your time living the best way you can?Well I know I miss more than hit
with a face that was launched to sink
And I seldom feel the bright relief
It's been the worst day since yesterday.

I have always taught my daughter that when we die, we go to the Summerlands where we can rest and learn to understand the lessons that we learned in life. It was the easiest way to explain what happened to Mom's friend who committed suicide and to Grampa after he died from cancer. And it helped her to feel ok about death and that it is a part of the cycle of life.

May you live as long as you want, and never want as long as you live.

I have always believed that after we die we go to the afterlife then we are reincarnated to help advance our world and to learn a different way of living. This belief is something that I discovered myself. It has helped me through some tragic times when people I knew have passed away.

The song "In the afterlife" from Dead Like Me came to mind...
I'm not sure. I think there is some form of reincarnation, where spirit energies get recycled somehow. I'm also very romantic about Valhalla.

I agree with Althaea, on top of that try having him relax and meditate before bed. If it helps have him keep a journal near by and record the instances as best as he can. But, definitely go through a...
