Thread: new site article question

Where did all the articles that used to be on the site disappear to? Are they being added back to the site? Also, I can't search by author's names since it lists the 4 articles currently available as written by "admin"...what's going on? Is the site complete or still being tweaked? I'm just confused....

The site is indeed still being tweaked. We'll be adjusting various links as we go along. We are also adding many new features. We have added a new chat that has webcam and voice capabilities as well as almost 700 games to play. The articles are indeed still here and can be located to the left of this forum page and also off the main page. The "admin" articles are actually articles re-posted by admin. However, credit is given in each article to author. This was a massive under taking to move 10s of thousands of posts written in ice age software onto this new state of the art posting software. Much of it done painstakingly by cut and paste. Myself, Sonya and our webmaster Fernando have been working very hard getting the site up to speed. As always, suggestions are always appreciated!

Okay, thank you. I went to the link to the left of the main page under "articles," but it lists only the newer articles. I remember the old site had articles listed under the Sabbats for information. I was looking for an old article by Thelma, I think, on the Imbolc sabbat, as well as another one from Yule. Are those listed under something? I'm just having a little trouble navigating.

okay....I clicked on the "articles" tab at the top of the Home Page. That took me to the most recent articles. I tried this before, but it wasn't working, so it may have been a loading issue. But now I can see the older articles, but they are just listed on each subsequent page. Are they categorized? I see a few are under the "categories" green tab to the right, but it isn't all the articles. Is that where they will be directed to later or am I looking in the wrong place?

The old articles has not been integrated yet into the new system but they will, in some weeks. Please notice that a lot of work is still behind the scene and I'm doing my best to make Cauldronliving an exciting place. At the moment we are working to give you the posibility to easily publish your own articles. I will post a final notice here once is ready, as well with quick tutorial.
