I live in a rural area and if somone walks from the road up 1/2 a mile to my house and want's to preach, then me and my two daughters will have a bit of fun. I ran into an old friend at Wall-Mart (W-M is The meeting place in our town..)... we started talking; she was obviously distressed with some of the recent events in her life.."she just dosnt know what to do next". Wellll... I offered to do a tarot reading for her...what are friends for??? She Freaked. Drug out the "big book" right there in the small appliance aisle and waved it at me till I walked away. Bless her heart... I got a letter from her a day or so later, telling me how a little bit of sin in a persons life is like "a little dog poo in a brownie"..... something that we just dont Want there. I have got to learn Not to offer help; they are going to Burn me yet. [frown]

Isn't a shame that fear drives people to behave like that.

Linn you keep on doing what you do and be the lovely person you are.If she drops the pooey brownie on the floor,use a glove, pick it up and give it back to her to keep your space clean. Its her problem.. not yours..We have to perhaps deal with people like that,but thier opinions shouldn't even enter the realm of conscious thought or action.Its fairly obvious who was the generous thoughtful one.
