I feel i must post on this matter as I believe LINN's actions were exactly what we should do..

you say we should be us, well he was. He did what the majority of pagans all over the world do.. He was keeping himself to himself not bothering anybody. He was approached by the religious right and discussed calmly and elequently matters that arose and proved that he was knowledgeable in there religion. When asked about his religion he was honest to himself and them, and in my opinion was very brave in admitting himself a witch to a fundamentalist society who he knew would believe him evil after the event. Im sure if they had been open minded enough to discuss the matter with him the following conversation would have been one to hear.. i just wish i had been there..

Well done LINN we need more people like you to try and educate some of the narrow minded bigots of this world, then maybe we would be able to practise our respective religions a bit more freely..

Here Here! If we want religious equality, then we have to stand up for our rights. you wouldn't see a Fundy fading into the background if "pagan missionaries" came to their workplace. they'd be all over that!

OMG...great quote from my co-worker that had me rolling...had to share it...

I dont see anything wrong with paganpilgrim's actions, he parked his car and he even held the door for thoes silly people. LINN bravo, that is right on. I always talk bible talk to any christian, and they know going into it that i am pagan, and that they wont change my mind. Though they hope they will im sure. Now had paganpilgrim chased them around the parking lot going "booged booged boo." then yes i would say thats not right. Well played gentlemen, well played.[dancing-banana]
