    WD,

This might not be what you were looking for but sometimes we lose items of magic for a reason. You see as we personally evolve the energetic component of a specific sacred tool may not fit our new bioelectric signature, and therefore the fairies take it away so it doesn't interfere with our advancement. Sometimes we also inadvertantly charge our sacred tool (such as an amulet) with energies that are negative and or disruptive to the work they were imbued originally with. This removal from your person may be a way for these negative energies to disperse and then you will simply find it again in the future once this recalibration has occurred. My advice to you would be to seek out a new amulet or make one yourself as you are probably in need of going in a new direction magically and this is what happened.

    peace,
    JB

Never thought of that. I've been seeing some I really like. Just that one just kept poping up in my mind. I hope I find it in the future some time then, It was soooo pretty. Thanks JB

    Hi Windora,

When I lose something, I just stop looking for it and it will turn up eventually. Stop worring about it and it will come to you and probably when you need it most. Or you could make a request to the faye, sometimes they like to play like that.

    Hope you find it.

i was going to say something like what Jayne said - but she already said it better (again!) so...
then i was going to say something like what Onxy said (really i was) but she already said it better so..
what the h*des am i doing here i wonder (again!)
so... i truly empathize with you Windora i have been attached to some special unique magical item and have lost it
Sometime it is an item that was a gift and i have kept all my life, or an item i crafted with love, or that particular souvenir i found while on a quest, or caught up in some adventure, sometimes it is a gift on loan from GODs or Fairies - and it is returned when no longer required, and sometimes it has been something precious that i treasured -- and i destroyed it utterly as a sacrafice for something or other, or i misplaced it carelessly.
Regardless - just like "road not taken" the memory and loss come to mind - haunting me now and then - like old friends, lost loved-ones, childhood playgrounds etc.
So - I learn to live with loss, become less-attached, realize that the true joy of things resides in the heart and mind and memory and that is the safest place for what i love -- rejoice when the misplaced item reappears in the strangest of places, wonder at the mystery and meaning of the time and circumstance of the disappearance ( what was i doing, speaking, thinking, feeling - with and about who, where and when -- how does it relate to when i first obtained the object -- i find very profound meaning when i examine the details...)

-- oh and -- become stronger and wiser and less insecure by learning that i can indeed live and grow and survive without any material aids or crutches (glad i keep forgetting this or life might get boring!)

well that's enough of my babbling thanks for inspiring me

Unfortunately, I am really good at losing things, and not so good at finding them again.
