    Default Fictional characters in magic

Does the fictional have a place in your magic? テつ*

Have you ever used a fictional character as focus, in order to cultivate a particular quality in yourself? テつ*Adapted a passage from a book into a ritual or trance journey? テつ*Used the Winchesters' Impala or Blade's GTO as a means to get around in the dreamtime or astral? テつ*

    Do tell...

That's an interesting concept. Using a character as a focus might be more effective than trying to imagine it without reference. I haven't tried it personally, but you've got me thinking!

Exactly. テつ*It's something familiar to focus on. テつ*

If you do try it, let us know how it goes! テつ*[smile]

it works really good 4 me. Cause I'm good with seeing things with my mind. It helps take me away from the stress & drama of the day or week.

I've used Tolkein's Cirth runes for sigils. Worked rather well.

It is most definately a creative outlet. Some "fictional" characters even have become their own pantheon. Like the Chthulu Mythos which is based on the writing of HP Lovecraft. I've used Tolkien's Cirth runes as well. If its easier for you to visualize Bugs Bunny as a trickters god, so be it as long as it harms none. For the record I only used Lovecraft as an example I find that mess way too dark for my taste.
