I am curious as to exactly what it is that you are looking to protect?

I use several different protection spells. I use different ones for different kinds of protection.

Here is a protection spell to make a protection charm that you may like to try: I hope it works for you as well as it did for me.

Tools:
One red candle
One white candle
A small piece of white paper
Ink Pen
A piece of red ribbon
Protection oil

How to make your own protection oil:
1 Tbsp of base oil (I prefer to use grapeseed oil)
4 drops of Primerose Essential Oil
4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
2 drops of Sandalwood Essential Oil

Set the white candle alight on the left to represent the Goddess and the red candle alight to the right to represent the God. Place the materials for the spell between the two candles. Using the oil, with your right index finger, draw a pentacle in the middle of the white paper, while saying "with the seal of this pentagram, I request that this charm be used for protection."
Using the pen, in the center of the oil-drawn pentagram, draw your own special symbol for protection, while saying "with this rune, I request that this charm be used for protection."
When your ready, roll the paper up lengthwise and secure it with the red ribbon. Hold the paper over the smoke of the red candle and say:
"I consecrate myself in fire, so that I can defend myself and protect myself with the power I have."
Hold the paper over the smoke of the white candle and say:
"I consecrate myself in air, so that I can defend myself and proctect myself with the power I have."
Hold the paper with both hands, while concentrating on the charms task. Ask for protection at this time. Imagine the protection you are requesting.
Then, seal the left end of the charm (paper roll) with white wax and the right end with red wax.
Your charm is now complete.

i have one spell for protection that i have used.
House blessing spell
o great mother
in your name we purify
with water and with salt
cleanse this place of evil
and fill it with love
O great mother
make this cave a safe place
A warm and dry place
and shelter us from harm
O great mother
make this house our home

mix the salt and water togeather as you recite this in ascared place in your home.then walk your house sprikleing the mixture throught from the tips of your fingers and recite again.at you entrance trace a pentacle on your door with the mixture saying evil shall leave but not enter.

this is one that i was taught by my teacher. get a pearl. real or even fake will do, its the idea of a pearl that is important. hold the pearl in your right hand and place your left hand beneath it. visualize the pearl growing so large that it surrounds all of you.
since a pearl is a nussiance to the shellfish that creates it, it irritates anyone who is trying to harm you. use this when you feel threatened, but remember to take down the barrier when you have feel you do not need it anymore. carry the pearl around with you so you can use it whenever. in actuality, you do not need the pearl, but i find it enhances the power of the barrier.

Recently we went to a place called Casadega which is in Florida.It is an old established small town that boasts a Psychic Center and can be read about on the Internet I have no doubt.One of the shops we went into,had a psychic who part owned and worked there.He was very rude and intruded, probed and basically was psychically bad mannered.The shop was great and I intend to go again sometime. So How is the best way to shield? Protect oneself when presented with this type of person? Any suggestions?

This is kind of hard to explain, but this is what I do if I feel someone is getting to nosy. I mentally build a protective "wall" around my mind and set my most fierce protective spirit to stand "guard" against the rude probing little fingers( that's how it feels to me).I have had a few funny reactions from these people , especially if I project the snarling face of a dragon to meet the intrusions. They usually leave me alone after this. Some people do this probing without realizing they are doing it, a gift they have they do not know how to use properly. Others are just plain rude.
