Re: I Miss You ~
Carrie, I have one sister who's 5 years older than me and thankfully, she's still alive. However, I did lose my father, who I was extremely close to, over 18 years ago. I can tell you that you never forget your loved one, and it may take a long time, sometimes many years for the hurt, sadness, and pain to not be so overwhelming. Time may not heal all wounds, but it does dull the pain and sadness eventually. Certain situations that remind you of your sister or times of the year like holidays will probably be hard for a while, but slowly, it will get better and not be too much to bear.Carrieberrie wrote:

I wish I could hold you, & whisper in your ear "everything will be alright and time heals all wounds"
But does it really, for people like you and me?? Does time really heal all wounds, or does time make them grow wider and more painful?
I give you a big hug and send you my love......

Fate ~ I believe in you, your wisdom, and your insight. Thank you.
