lol...Hi all, I am new here and just browsing through the threads. I was so happy to see this thread. We just went through this awhile ago. My husband is pagan d oo, but with no real determined path as of it. We go to this new-age/pagan store in town and they have bumper stickers. My husband bought one that says "Eve was framed" because he thought it was funny. He also bought "I walk the path of the ancient ones." I told him don't put the Eve one on the car...I live in the "bible belt" and everyone I know or work with is Christian in some form or another. But we put the other one on it because it is more obscure, it has an archaic writing style, and the whole of it is green..the same color to my car (a minivan). Only a few select people know I am pagan because I am private about it, not because I am ashamed.
So. I told my husband he can put anything that the general public won't understand and those who do, won't care. I told him if anyone asks about the one on the car I can tell them "it's a quite frojm a video game" and it will sound believable. lol
So My car has a Magick Happens sticker on it.. but right next to it is my favorite..." Things haven't been the same since that house fell on my sister!! " I love this bumper sticker!!! I have notes on my windshield occasionally asking where I got it. I teach at a college so there happens to be a really diverse group of folks that pass my " boring grocery getter van"! As far as Hoffman witch.. my oldest son who is now 8 .. was so crazy about H. Potter ( as we all are) that when he was 6 he always wanted to wear a scar on his forehead,,, being the theatre people that we are I of course, painted a beautiful scar with much detail on his forehead for about a year...I swear if you squint you can still see that scar a little. It is one of my most endearing memories...[smile]
