How to introduce daughter to Wicca
My daughter is almost 6 years old, she lives with my parents and goes to church every Sunday. I want to introduce her to the basics of Wicca as she has shown an interest already - she even made a triple goddess symbol out of powdered doughnuts (i got a picture). Right now she knows nothing of it and doesnt even know I practice it she just knows that I have books. Now if my parents ever found out they would freak out and probably never let me have custody back - they are just weird like that. So what do you all think would be a good way to start introducing her to Wiccan ideals?

Re: How to introduce daughter to Wicca
Hi, Serena_Moonfox, I have parents who wouldn't understand, too. My kids are a bit older than your daughter but I was already teaching them without realizing it. To care about people and how they believe. To love and respect animals, plants & our planet. Â*You could start with a small container garden of flowers or herbs just for her and then watch for butterflies. She learns about nature and bugs! Of course there's so much more.
There are some great articles listed under Parenting, Family & children here on CL. Â*Blessed Be
