Does anyone know of any herbal teas or anything that will help with cramps and pain during your monthly...cycle? I have tried different things, but not a lot seems to help. I have not tried any teas or anything, seeing how I do not know any. [oops]
Try Raspberry leaf or Chamomile, they always worked for me. Â*Especially 1 bag of each made into a pot. Â*I have never been especially fond of chamomile, but the raspberry really flavors it up. Â*Hope it helps.
You know, I usually suffer from pretty bad cramps around the start of my period, and what always helps me is 100% natural cranberry juice. Â*I just drink an 8 oz. glass 2-3 times daily until the end, and it eases things for me.
theres a liquid for PMS and cramping you can add each day I'll locate the name for you as well... As someone posted here Rasbery leaf tea helps.. a lil heat like a warm compress .. Hugs and I'll reply with the name of that suppliment .. [tongue][confused]
I like raspberry zinger tea from the grocery store. But the very best is the raspberry/chamomile combo with a bit of valerian just to settle the grouchies that tend to come when you feel that awful.
Blessed be.

Upon researching The Encyclopedea of Natural Medicine [ written by Michael Murray, N.D. and Joseph Pizzorno, N.D.], I found the following...
'If you typically experience menstrual cramps, take Angelica (dong quai) [ one of the following forms can be taken three times per day: powdered root or as tea, 1-2g; tincture (1:5), 4ml (1tsp); fluid extract, 1ml (1/4 tsp)]'
Also, I don't know if anyone wants to hear this...They also said..."CHOCOLATE is the most significant symptom-producing food in PMS"
[confused]
"THEY" said it.....
oh...Angelica Root Powder is available in the Cauldronliving store.
