Re: Just to let you guys know...
Thank you guys! We are over the moon, so so happy! I'm feeling quite fatigued and sleepy, and a bit dizzy if I don't eat or if I sit or stand too fast, but I'm not sick or anything (yet).
I consulted a midwife yesterday, who concluded based on my last period that I'm due in the first week of November. Scorpio baby on the way!
My OBGYN appt is the 17th. I'll keep you posted.

Re: Just to let you guys know...
I dont have any remedies, but I can honestly say that the dry crackers thing...didn't work one bit for me. Â*However, for some reason, the women in my family (mothers side) become very ill while pregnant - I had "morning sickness" until the day I delivered both. Â*Medically Â*the only thing that helped me to be able to eat (water wasn't even cutting the nausea) was a pill.
But, I did try arm bracelets that put pressure on the inside of the wrists (cant remember the name of the point) and that did help a bit...whether or not it was in my head..not sure..but if that is what my head needed to feel at ease I was all for it.
Someone suggested Ginger, and beer (I tried the non alcoholic in desperation for anything that could relieve it). Â*I hate the taste of beer so after one can it went down the drain. I think it's the hops that do the trick.

Re: Just to let you guys know...
All I can suggest is the usual.....keep some saltine or plain crackers by your bed and nibble on a couple of them before you get up. Eat very small meals during the day, and stay away from spicy and rich foods. A bland diet is usually best when you've got morning sickness (or, if like with my second pregnancy, "morning-noon-and night" sickness). If you find you're having trouble keeping much down but you're hungry, dry toast is sometimes helpful. Wish I could suggest more, but it's been over 28 years since I was pregnant.Selene Lilitu wrote:

I agree with Althaea, on top of that try having him relax and meditate before bed. If it helps have him keep a journal near by and record the instances as best as he can. But, definitely go through a...
