Re: Period trouble.
Many cities have health centers with sliding scale fees and they have OB/GYN's working there. I would call around and see if you could find one. Many blessings and I hope you can get better soon.

Re: Period trouble.
I have been to planned parenthood about my periods and they just tell me to get on birth control. That does regulate my period but that doesn't fix the problem. If I get off birth control I still have irregular periods. Thanks for the information.
I still haven't heard anything from the insurance with my work. Hard telling what they will say.

Re: Period trouble.
You can probably call your local State Dept of Human Resources & they can probably refer you to a medical clinic that goes by income...They have some that are Family Practice, Dental, & Perscriptions...Good Luck & hope that you get your woman problems fix. Blessed Be!

Re: Period trouble.
thanks for this information.
It has been two months and a few pregnancy tests and I still haven't had my period and I am not pregnant. I still haven't got any information about insurance so I'm going to get all the information I can on the things you all have given me. Thanks again.

The problem may be partly your emotional relationship with period and feelings about being female. This book will help.
Good Fortune.

Re: Period trouble.
I have had a non-stop period for 3 months now and I have been to 2 hospitals and the pills they gave me haven't worked. They told me the pills would stop the bleeding altogether and I have not even had a
little relief. I have done things from taking an herbal bath for female problems, taking supplements, taking the prescription, and I still can't stop bleeding. I do have an appointment for a clinic on the 26th but I am in dire need of some relief. I have had a blood test done when I was in the hospital and they said my blood work is normal which is great. They checked me and did a physical and couldn't see anything. This time I have no excuse as to why I can't get help because I have done a lot to stop this and still nothing.
I can't help but worry when I know I shouldn't but I fill up a new always infinity overnight pad in about an hour and i always am scared that I will bleed through my clothes while at work.
Anyway, just send some positive thoughts my way if you find the time. Much thanks.

Re: Period trouble.
Sorry to hear you're having such problems. Is there any way you can move up your appointment at the clinic to a closer date? Perhaps if you phoned them and told them of your situation, they may be able to "bump" you up to an earlier appointment. Just a thought!

Re: Period trouble.
Great! I hope they'll be able to get you in. It might help if you ask to speak to a nurse and describe your symptoms instead of just directly dealing with the appt schedulers. Sometimes nursing can double book or over-ride the schedule to get someone in sooner.fire_dancer wrote:

I agree with Althaea, on top of that try having him relax and meditate before bed. If it helps have him keep a journal near by and record the instances as best as he can. But, definitely go through a...
