Thread: Cucumber Surprise

My Bf Grandmother makes this & everyone loves it. Im start to try it cause I don't like most of the ingreds But I thought I would share.

Dice up u're Cucumbers as many as you wish,
Dice some onions (same here as much as you wish)
Then put them in a bowl & add Apple viger oil.
Let sit in Refrigerater for at least a day or so & eat.

I LOOOVE Cukes n onions together...Ive made this many times, however I substitute the apple cider vinegar for regular white vinegar. Im not too fond of the apple cider stuff, taster or smell =) but its soooo gooood.....

Oh, love that! Especially with some shredded carrot. It's also good if you substitute mayo for the vinegar/oil combo. Then add the carrots, maybe some fresh peas, oh and chives and some dill! Argh, now I'm hungry!
