I love to play with food, and, on a bake-sale cooking binge, came up with these tasty little treats. Not cheap to make, but this recipe made 10 dozen. Not "lite", but worth almost every calorie!
Throw nuts into large bowl; chop coarsely, then add the seeds. Pour the condensed milk over the nuts/seeds, and mix well. (Be sure all the nuts/seeds are well-coated.)
Use mini-muffin pans---either spray with no-stick spray or use paper mini cups. Pack a heaping teaspoon of the mixture into each cup; bake at 275 for 30 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
