    Default Pumpkin Pie Cake

I made this over the weekend to see if it would be good to bring to a family gathering. It was very good.

    Pumpkin Pie Cake

    3 large eggs
    1 15oz can pumpkin
    ¾ Cup sugar
4 + tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 12oz can evaporated milk
1 Betty Crocker Butter recipe yellow cake mix
    1 Cup pecans – chopped
    ¾ Cup butter – melted

    350* oven – Butter a 13 x 9 pan

Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, pp spice and evaporated milk together.
    Pour into prepared pan.

Sprinkle cake mix over top, then the chopped pecans.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top of your cake / nuts.

Bake 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Cool
Top w/ Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream!
