Corn Fritters
1/2 Cup all purpose flour,
1/2tsp. baking powder,
pinch salt,
1//4 cup milk,
1Tbsp.Sugar
1Large egg, beaten,
2 Cups corn, fresh or frozen,
Vegetable Oil,
Maple Syrup.
In a large bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add milk and sugar. Whisk until smooh. Beatin the egg and corn.
In large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Drop batte into hot oil and flatten with back of spatula. Cook 2-3min on each side until golden. Serve hot with maple syrup and butter. Serves 3-4
Love this grandma use 2 make them. Good even with out syrup.
