apple crisp
9 x 13 pan
8 cups sliced & peeled tart apples
1 & 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 & 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
arrange apples on greased pan mix all remaining ingredients until crumbly & sprinkle over apples bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until apples are cooked & topping is golden brown & bubbly
