Low Calorie Salad Dressing
Bikini Season will be here before we know it.. I am watching my food intake again, which includes more salads. I was Quite Shocked to find out the Calorie Count on Salad Dressing... I found this one:
LOW CALORIE SALAD DRESSING
1 (7 oz.) pkg. dry ranch style salad dressing mix
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. plain low fat yogurt
Mix ingredients until smooth to creamy. Refrigerate several hours before serving. 10 calories per tablespoon.
If YOU have any others, please Share !

I'm going to have to try this one, LINN - it sounds a lot better than the gelatinated slop that's usually called 'low calorie.' Â*

Re: Low Calorie Salad Dressing
I tend to be a bit Generous with salad dressing... when I found the dressing I was using had 135 calories per 2 spoonfuls, I almost Dropped My Croûtons ! I am sure I could have eaten a Cheeseburger for the same calorie count as the amount I was using.
There Has to be a better way !
