I like any kind of fruit flavored tea. My favorite being Raspberry. I especially like to drink it at night right before bed.

I am a big fan of green teas of all sorts. Great antioxidents
I love the Tazo Lotus decaf green tea. I'm one of those chamomile outcasts, too, yet have it in my garden. I like catnip to help me sleep, had issue growing it. Tried growing it inside to keep the cats off it for a minute and the poor plant keeled over and died. Can it be grown inside?

There is a hibiscus tea I had once as a teenager that I wish I could find again. It was a private blend from a shop in Kentucky. Nothing else has compared. Until I find it, I will stick to good ole fashioned Earl Grey for common tea. However, my favorite herbal tea is a Rooiboos Green Tea. I wish I was more adventurous in tea. I guess I have something new to explore now.

I agree with Althaea, on top of that try having him relax and meditate before bed. If it helps have him keep a journal near by and record the instances as best as he can. But, definitely go through a...
