Mr. Clean Erasers are made from extruded melamine foam. You can buy it in sheets from building supply stores, some HVAC supply stores or places that insulate recording studios. It's the same thing. Comes in big sheets, 2x4, 4x8 and so on. A 2x4 sheet costs about $12.00. I cut them into squares and fit them on my mop, they work great on floors.

I would have to agree with all of you.. yes they are amazing! 6 lazy girls in 1 college suite... 3 Mr. Clean erasers out (two got stolen from the boys across the hall grrr lol) everyone cant get enough of them

Mr. Clean Magic Erasers are FABULOUS! We used them when we volunteered at a daycare center. Believe me...cleaning Playskool toys at 5 o' clock in the morning before a health inspection is hard enough..the magic erasers were friggin' awesome. [wink]

The only thing that I found about them is that they don't take hair dye off of the counters. Otherwise they are fantastic!

Try the magic eraser mop, its great also.
