So I was doing a chakra healing meditation and towards the end, I think it was around the time when I cleansed and opened my third eye or when I opened my crown and asked for higher knowledge or something when I saw this sudden flash. It looked like a person... A face. Something dark. Dark face, hair, eyes, probably physically and psychically. Anyway, it was freaky, I'm not sure what it was but I'm kinda... Well, not afraid but just uncomfortable. Did it mean something? Was it just nothing? Should I do something about it? Help please!

when you say uncomfortable did you feel threatend? foreboding? or that it may have took you by suprise.sometimes spirits pass through and you may just happen stumble across I get that from time to time it happens during meditation and sleep. if it does not happen again and you feel no threat okay but if not you may clease your place of dwelling. Or a barrier.

Ah, yes. I have this terrible habit of not casting a circle when spell casting, meditating or doing any magickal work for that matter. And it's probably a spirit since I visualized my third eye opening.

That's so crazy i had the about the same thing was just about 2 posted & found this. But I saw glowing hands. Look very female like. First time I had that happens. But I felt peaceful & just went with it.

Woah, that's creepy. Maybe what I saw and what you saw had something to do with each other? But I think mine was a man and I sooo did not feel peaceful. Mmm... This is interesting. You saw a girl, I saw a guy, you felt peaceful, I felt scared and it was around the same time. Very interesting indeed.

Ive try 2 but I'm really bad at keeping notes on it. [oops]

I do keep two BOS's. One of them is a notebook where I write my day in, the other one contains spells, rituals and things like that. But sometimes I'm kinda slack about writing everything in my BOS x.x'
