I was walking through my house and happened to glance out front, and I spotted a little brown jackrabbit sitting on my lawn. I've seen them frequently in the nearby woods, but I'd never spotted one on my lawn here before. I grabbed my camera, but I knew if I went outside or made any noise, he'd hop away. So, I took a few photos of him through the window blinds. The little bugger was watching me the whole time.

He is pretty! I saw Jack Rabbits when I went to Wyoming several years back. They are so much bigger then the little Cottontails we have here. I love those long ears!!

Thanks! I think they turned out pretty good considering they were taken in a hurry through blinds and a glass window, and using the zoom lens on the camera. [smile]
