[smile]It's just a thought but is there some way to organize a garden club on the site. Â*We could meet in one of the public chat rooms on say the 15th of every month and only talk gardens and plants and containers and herbs and fairies and uh I think you get the idea.
I just joined a local garden club but their focus tends to be just a little different than mine....go figure [lol]. Â*While they are all talking about prizewinning roses I'm thinking about rosehip teas and jellies and rosewaters as well as wondering how to run it all through an alembic. [grin] It would be nice to be able to talk freely about things and to be understood when you do.
So is there anyway to start a garden club? and if we did would anyone be interested in joining??[smile]

Since you suggested this (and if there's enough interest), I recommend that you and Uaine, as moderator of this forum, help to organize the monthly chats as well as specific topics for discussion. If this gets going, I can also help spread the word by "plugging" the chats and the existence of the CL Garden Club in the Welcome message on the CL Home page.
