Re: Nightmares
I would love to help you, but I'll need to know a bit about the dream(s). Also, If you had to guess what you thought it means, what would you guess? Your own insight might contain much of the truth if not all of it.
You also need to consider stress & issues that you may be avoiding in your life. In the mean time, you can put in commercials, or a pre-programmed safe place. Just visualize a beautiful safe place. Ask for divine help to assist you in this endeavor. Tell youself before bed while visualizing this place that you will be able to stop any dream with this practice and when you go there, you will understand the meaning of the dreams & then they will stop. You may need to repeat this. Yet once you are able to stop the dream you will gain a sence of controll that is a releif in itself.

Re: Nightmares
Goddess knows where I came across this, mayhaps my grandmother or a book, but it works for me.
I make a dream pillow about once every six months.
Supplies:
Two foot rectangle of white cotton
white cotton thread
white cotton batting
anise seed
black mustard seed
mullein
chamomile
rosemary
vervain
I take the white cotton, thread, and batting and clean with spring water and let dry in the sun.
Then I fold the cotton in half, sew up the two sides with the thread, fill with the batting, then put the anise seeds, black mustard seeds, mullein, chamomile, rosemary and vervain in fold the top over shake it hard to mix everything then sew the top closed.
I then let it set in the sun and a full moon, before sleeping on it.
Good luck
