O.k I have read stuff on it and I have almost done it. But I seem to start to go and something pulls me back. I'm not scared of leaving the body I just don't know what does it. HELP!!!

I have found that Meditation gets me there quicker than anything. I use a candle, and concentrate on Seeing thru my Third Eye. You will need to be completely relaxed..... sometimes I will cheat just a wee bit and use melatonin or valarian root to help relax.

I once took a trip into the Astaral Plane.

I choked on some Milk one night and passed out dure to Shocking on the Milk.

I left my Body while I was Passed Out and Floated about the Room for a minute or so.

Then I came to and everyone was fine.

I actually felt no Pain or Discomfort, so I am now not Afriad of Death.

Very intersting article! The entire time i was in school learning about the salem witch trials, i never thought astral projection was part of it....though now that i know it....it makes sense! Thanks for the knowlegde!

I've tried several times.. but every time it feels like I'm RIGHT on the edge, but it's almost like someone's got their thumb between my eyes, holding me back. I've taken it as a hint that it's not time yet, or I'm not prepaired enough..[smile] Either way, I'm not too worried. It'll happen when I'm ready.

My first real OBE was very recently...
While out, i realized that i had some fears that i had never given much credence to. i thought, I was not afraid of OBE, but i think i have some fears buried deep within my self-consious.
I have found that raising energy and repeating affirmation is a good and basic way to start.
Also, thier are tons of books out thier, none of which have helped me very much.
but read Robert Monroe's account of his OBE's they are fascinating.
