Williow, have you tried looking on Witches Voice? www.witchvox.com They have both personals and group areas on their site where you will find others listed. And, if the "bay area" you're referring to is the San Francisco Bay area, I'm pretty sure there will be Pagan/Wiccan/Witchcraft covens listed.
