Yoga DVDs
Anyone have any good yoga dvds they love? I have a couple, but one has a really annoying teacher (her voice just annoys me and she is too hyper IMO), and the other is alright.

I work out with "Namaste Yoga" on Fit TV... you can get the dvd's on line. It is an excellent series.

Thanks LINN. I've wanted to take a yoga class alos but it's just not convienent where I live. I'll check out this DVD too.

Linn - I've seen that program once or twice when I was visiting my parents. They have the cable channels that I don't get...so thanks for saying they're available online. I'll see about the DVDs.
