just curios if anyone has seen the new harry potter film & what did you think if you saw it already?

I'm kinda late on this but I did see it and I loved it!

I love how the characters are growing up and developing. That is, I think, JK Rowling's crowning glory...her characters. Each one is so rich and vibrant.

I have always thought that each film was well done and that the makers did what they could to preserve the story without destroying it in translation to film. JK Rowling herself is involved in the screenplays and storylines for each movie and it's her world, so I always ignore the nonsense about "what they didn't put in". I have read all the books, and I thought that Half Blood Prince was extrememly well done, entertaining as always. I cannot wait for the last two films!

I 2 have read all the books. I agree the film makers have none very will. I havent seen the latest movie but working on it.

i think i might get to go this weekend not sure tho

[grin] i talked to a kid at work who saw it & he said it was pretty good he was a bit disappointed about some of the things that were left out tho mostly because he wanted to see how they'd play out on film but he said it wasn't too bad i'm sure i'll love it no matter what even if i am disappointed certain things are left out [lol]

it's looking like it's gonna have to wait again i went shopping yesterday & spent close to $200 i took my son to build a bear i got myself one too [lol] an owl i named it hedwig [grin] then i went to yankee candle & went crazy! 5 large candles (one was a gift) a plug in air freshner with built in night light & refills for it...so i'll have to wait again. [tongue]

I also liked it. Very well put together.

i still haven't gone to see it lol of course i've been a little sick so that's why but i'll see it soon
