We are One with the Elements

How do we become one with the elements, Do we pluck a buttercup, a wild rose, a daisy or do we
listen to the birds, watch the birds fly across the meadow. Watch the leaves turn on a tree and know it's going to rain. It is probably all of these and more. We do these things.....look a the small flowers ...

Lakes of Sorrow

Sister Mountain felt the warmth of the Sun as she stirred awake, watching as light came over the land. She watched the beautiful colors of dawn breaking as small clouds lazily floated by, and rejoiced at the beginning of a new day. The birds began their morning symphony with their sleepy songs to one another. They sang a chorus of thanks to Sister Mountain for sheltering them.

Small creatures began stirring, rustling the leaves as they looked for food. ...
