I celebrate several New beginnings. The Winter Solstice, the traditional observance on the 1st of January and my birthday. Since all of those happen within. thirty seven days of each other...this is my renewal time of the year.

I decided to seek a degree in metaphysical studies from the University of Metaphysical Sciences this year. I grew up pagan, came out of the closet in '97 and decided it was time to do some indepth studies of my craft.

I'm also very very new here (as in today) and it looks like a very interesting place to be. I live in a very Christian part of the country so finding like minded people is a challenge.

It's been an interesting start to my year to say the least. New learning, new town, new job...yeah, all new all the way around...LOL. Let's just say I do not do things by half.
